As Meera stepped into the grand lobby of Rajvanshi Co. Ltd on her first day at work, a whirlwind of emotions engulfed her. The pristine floors and elegant decor exuded sophistication, making her feel both nervous and excited about the new chapter in her life. She couldn't believe she was finally living her dream of working in Asia's top company.
Reyansh, engrossed in a meeting on the top floor, felt a sudden sense of anticipation, as if an invisible thread was pulling him towards something significant. Little did he know that fate had already woven their destinies together, ready to unravel in unexpected ways.
And on the other side there is someone who is plotting against them. Both of them do not know that their lives are about to change.
Meera's
pov
So today is my first day of working in my dream place. I am very excited and a little nervous but also happy that Mihir, Nishant and Rehan Bhai will also be there, so I will not feel uncomfortable in my new workplace. Mihir and Nishant are like my friends and Rehan Bhai treats me like Adi Bhai and Aryan Bhai. I feel very comfortable with them and Reyansh, I have talked very little with him. I don't know why, whenever he is nearby my heart starts beating faster. Last time when we went to his place for dinner, he saved me from falling. There was just a few inches of distance between us. Seeing us so close, a butterfly started flying in my stomach. 'STOP Meera he is your boss' my subconscious mind said "Meera" and I came back to the reality from my la la land. I turned back and see mihir came in my direction with a big smile on his face.
"Hi, when did you come" he said
"Just now " "hi"
"So nervous? For your first day at office as an intern"
"sacchi batau." (Tell the truth). I bent down a little and my voice came out like a whisper
"Nhi jhuthi bataoo" he said in just like my way
"Toh Haan or tum" (so yes and you)
"Vaise mein bhi sachi batau toh Haan"
(Anyway, if I tell you the truth then yes)
"Lo kar lo baat tumhe kaise Darr ye toh tumhara hi office hai"
(why are you scared, this is your office)
"Yes this is my office but don't you know the CEO of this firm, he is very strict and when he gets angry he is no less than Hitler"
he said and we both bursted in laughed and suddenly someone cleared their throat and we both turned and I froze at my place
I saw the CEO of the co. Standing in front of us, I saw mihir and his jaw dropped and his face colour gone somewhere. He stepped toward us and my heart beat faster than the usual 'aaj toh mein gyi kaam se' i said to myself
"What are you both doing here? Today is the first day of your internship, right? All the intern students are in the conference room." He said in his low but authoritative tone which sent shiver in my whole body
"Brother we were just coming" mihir said
"Hmm, go quickly " he said and mihir turn and walk toward conference room direction
Then he stand infront of me and I was standing face to face in front of him and he said
"What happened" he said in his low but calm voice his face just an inches away and i feel uneasy
"Meera" he said my name and My name sounds so good coming from his mouth and he Shake my shoulder
"Huhh"
"wo...h me..in woh sorry"(i am sorry)
And I ran away
I enter in conference room and All the interns were sitting in rows I saw ridhi and smile which she smiled back I walk in her direction in sat next to her.
After a while Reyansh, Nishant, and Rehan bhai entered the conference room and then our eyes met and quickly I advert my gaze.
"Good Morning all of you" Nishant said
And we all wished morning back
"So all of you have reached here through your hard work and I appreciate that but there are some rules here which if you all follow, it will be good for all of you. There is a rule book kept on the table in front of all of you, all of you should read it" rehaan Bhai said in his calm but sternu voice .
And we all started reading the rule book there are some rule wrote in book i carefully read all term and conditions related to the company.
"I hope that you all will remain honest and loyal in your work and if any rule is broken then you all know its consequence very well." Reyansh said in his stern and intimidate tone which sent shiver in everybody's body
"I hope you all have understood" he said and we all nodded their head
"Words" he said in his dangerous tone
"Yes sir" we all said together
"Now you all can go to work and all the best for your first day at Rajvanshi's group "
We all said thank you and everyone got up from their seats and started leaving one by one
"Hey, Meera" someone said and i turned back and saw Nishant standing
"Good morning sir"
"Ohh come on Meera leave this formality and call me Nishant "
"But you are boss to me naa"
"But I am also your friend naa" i chuckle at his sarcasm
"Yes Meera don't this formality you are also family to us" rehaan Bhai said
"But "
"No buts , you are calling me with my name or not" Nishant said
Reyansh's
POV
"No buts, you are calling me with my name or not " Nishant said
"But it is written in the rule book that employees should call their boss with respect otherwise they will be punished." She said innocently and sad at the last part which i find cute
"Meera it's ok you are like a family so there is no need for formalities here" mihir said
"haan pr tu toh beta, hume sir hi bulayega" rehaan said coming towards us
(yes but you will always call me sir son)
"Kyun"(why) mihir said
"kyonki yahan pr hum boss hai aur tu intern" Nishant said keeping his hand on mihir's shoulder
(Because here we are the boss and you are the intern)
"aur abhi toh tu dekhta ja" Nishant said
(And now you just keep looking)
"Matlab" mihir said
"arrey kuch nhi tu yahan apni internship karne aya hai naa toh kaam toh karna hi padega" rehaan said
(Hey, nothing, you have come here to do your internship, so you will have to work)
"hmm aur phir chahe woh koi bhi kaam ho" Nishant said (hmm and then whatever work it is)
"Reyansh Bhai" mihir screamed my name and went toward him, standing infront of him
"Kyaa hua " (what happened) i said
"aur sahi toh keh rahe hai ye dono tu yahan kaam karne aur kuch sikhne hi toh aya hai " i said
(And both of them are right, you have come here only to work and learn something)
"Haan" Nishant and rehaan said in same time and we three smirk looking at each other
"chal tera kaam abhi se shuru hua ja jake mera cabin saaf kr bahut messy sa ho rakha hai" Nishant said
(Come on, your work has started now, go and clean my cabin, it has become very messy)
"aur mere liye ek coffee banakar la" i said (and make me a coffee)
"aur meri cabin ki shelf mein file thik se arrange kr jaa" rehaan said (And the files are arranged properly in my cabin shelf.)
"Mujhe aisa kyun lag raha hai ki aap log apni shaktiyo ka galat istemaal kar rahe ho "(Why do I feel like you guys are misusing your powers?) mihir said in his nonsense tone and we smirk
"Sahi lag raha hai" we said in same time
(Feels right)
"Huh, aap logon ko kya lagta hai ki aap CEO ho" he said pointed in my direction "aur aap COO ho" he said pointed at rehaan "aur aap CFO ho toh kuch bhi karoge" this time pointed at Nishant
(Do you people think that you are the CEO, and you are the COO, and you are the CFO, so you can do anything)
"mein mummy se shikayat karunga" (I'll complain to mom) mihir told rehaan
"Ja bol de" rehaan said
"Mein badi mummy ko bolunga" ( I'll complain to badi mummy) mihir told me
"Ja bol de" i said
"Hey Prabhu ghore kal yug aa gaya hai maa baap ka darr hi nhi hai bacchon mein" mihir said in dramatically and we rolled our eyes at his drama (Oh God, the dark age has arrived, children have no fear of their parents)
"Ho gya Tera drama Aab jakr kaam kr chal" (Your drama is over now go and do your work) Nishant said with irritation
"Mein yahan intern hoon na ki apka servant mein nhi jaunga" (I am an intern here and not your servant, I will not go)
"Beta tu kya tere farishte bhi jayenge " (Son, will you and your angels also go) rehaan said
"Haan aur tune Ghar per Mera jina haram kr rakha hai" (Yes and you have made my life miserable at home) i said getting irritate
"Aisa bhi kyaa kr diya mein teenon chade ja rahe ho" (What did I do that all three of you are leaving me alone?) mihir said
"Kya kr diya"
"Mere room mein aake mere sare game le leta hai meri nayi bike bhi tune le li, jab bhi mere room mein aata hai pura room tehas nehas ker deta hai aur punch raha hai kya kiya" Nishant said getting irritate and on the side rehaan said
(He comes to my room and takes away all my games, he even tuned my new bike, whenever he comes to my room he makes the whole room dirty and is asking what did you do)
"Jab bhi meri biwi ke sath kuch time spend krne jata hu tu tapak padta hai saala kawab mein haddi tujhe aur kuch kaam nhi hai naa" rehaan said frustration clearly visible on his face
(Whenever I go to spend some time with my wife, you drop in like a bone in the kebab, you don't have any other work.)
"Jab bhi meri shadi ki baat chale tu bahut kudta hai beech mein aur baaki sab ko uksata hai ki meri shadi ki karo"
I said with my voice full irritation and frustration
(Whenever the topic of my marriage comes up, he gets very angry and instigates everyone else to get me married.)
"Toh kr lo na bhai sahab waise bhi umer nikalti ja rhi h" he said with fear and nonsense tone (So do it brother, anyway age is getting old)
"Mihir __ haaaaa ha ha ha ha" we turned and Before I could say anything, we turned back and saw Meera laughing and my heart melted seeing her laughing.
"Sorry hahaha s_or_ry" she said with laugh then she realised something and all her laugh vain in air and she said
"I am sorry sir"
"It okay Meera Inka toh Roz ka hai sab cheedte hai mujhe mein ghar mein sabka favourite hoon na" (It's okay Meera, this is their everyday thing, everyone gets jealous of me, I am everyone's favourite in the house)
"MIHIR" we shouted and he ran away
"It's okay Meera " rehaan said
"And i have a solution to your problem. You can call me Nishant when you are alone like you normally do and Sir in front of everyone." Nishant said
"and call me rehan bhaiya" Rehan said
'and call me Reyansh' i said in my mind
"Okay, done" she said with a huge smile on her face
Suddenly door open and here the devil enter inside and said
"Naa mein apka kaam karunga aur naa aap dono ka, Jo karna hai karlo" (I will neither do your work nor yours, do whatever you want to do) mihir said
"You__ "
"leave him Nishant, and you, go and Prepare a presentation of the Mr Kulkarni file with every detail, I need it on my desk before office hours end" i said in firm voice
"Bhai this is not fair how can i do it alone"
"I don't know just do it "
"Okay You can take help from someone but I will not help you" i said and he looking at rehaan
"I won't help you" rehaan said
"Me too" Nishant said and mihir looking at us with 'i will kill you' look and we ignore him
"It's okay mihir i will help you" Meera said with a smile
"Thank you Meera you are so kind, I love you" he said and suddenly he hugged her and i tight my fist with anger he left her but still his hand on her shoulder. I glare at him with my dangerous eyes and he look at me with 'what happened look'
After that we all left with to our respective work
