CHAPTER 5

Meera's POV

I turned behind and was surprised to see Ankit very close to me and then I looked at my right side and Reyansh was standing there with both his hands in his pockets. Seeing Ankit so close to me I quickly created distance between us

"I came to fetch water" Ankit said

Ankit said and I gave him way so that he could take the glass from the slab.

"By the way, how will you bring all this alone? I will help you." Ankit said

"No no, I will do it myself, you don't need to bother yourself"

"Hey, what's the problem in this and anyway this is my house, you have come here for the first time, it won't be nice if you work" Ankit said

"It was a good idea that you thought of helping me but never mind, I will do it myself, it is not a big deal"

"yes, go everyone is waiting outside"

Reyansh said in his low but stern voice. Sometimes I wonder if this person is always in such a serious mood. I quickly nodded my head and picked up the dessert tray and walked out of the kitchen towards the dining table where everyone was sitting.

After dinner, everyone was sitting in the living room and talking while laughing and joking. I must say that in this short time, both the families have come together openly and are sharing a good bond. My thoughts stopped when Niharika Bhabhi called me

"Meera I am going up to get my shawl you also come along, since when have you been standing here alone"

Then I looked at my right, left and front and saw that everyone was busy in their own conversations, the brothers, the gents were talking about business-related things, the ladies were talking about fashion and jewellery things, the youngsters were talking about today's trends, I am the only one standing here like a crazy person since I don't know when And then Bhabhi shook me and said

"Where are you lost, let's go"

I feel dumbfounded and quickly nodded my head to which she chuckled at my antics and i smiled sheepishly and we went upstairs.

When we went upstairs to Bhabhi's room, Bhabhi took out her shawl from the cupboard and then we were going downstairs when Bhabhi's phone rang and Bhabhi said that it is a call from her colleague which she will have to attend. She told me to just wait here, she just goes to the balcony and attends the call.

I started getting bored sitting in the room, so I thought of roaming in the corridor outside. I was roaming in the corridor and I must say that this is less a villa and more a bhul bhulaiya because now I've forgotten my way back

'Why do people build such big houses, they live as if they are from a Maharaja's family' and then I sarcastically hit myself on my head that 'buddhu they are from the Maharaja's family'

I was walking when something stuck on me and I was about to fall from the window in front. I closed my eyes due to fear and for a few seconds I noticed that nothing happened. Strangely, I opened one of my eyes and saw two hands holding me tightly. I raised my head to see the owner of those hands from my waist and saw Reyansh standing there. I was admiring him by holding me with him and I looked into his eyes and there was blood shot in his eyes. He pulled me towards him with a jerk and his grip on my waist was so tight that I screamed in pain.

"Ahhh"

he looked straight into my eyes and said

"laparwahi pasand nhi hai hume agar kuch ho jata toh "

(I don't like carelessness, if something were to happen)

He said in his low but deep husky voice I could feel his breath on my face as our faces were just an inch away He was looking at me and then suddenly a soft scream came out of my mouth and then he noticed that tears were flowing from my eyes.

I quickly pushed him and ran to the opposite side and on the way I saw Niharika Bhabhi, I quickly wiped my tears and went towards her.

"Arey Meera , you are here and I was searching for a long time where you went"

"I was getting bored so I thought I would roam around here but while coming back I forgot the way"

"are you ok your eyes are getting red"

"yes, i hit my leg while coming so "

"Ohh, you okay? did you get hurt anywhere?"

"No, I am fine "

"Are you sure" i nodded my head and smile at her care and after that we went downstairs where everybody gathered

"Meera what are you studying" raghuvir uncle asked

"I am doing MBA uncle last year"

"Oh Mihir is also doing the same, this is his last year too. By the way which university are you in?" Rajveer uncle said

"In the same in which I am Bade Papa" mihir said

"Ji uncle, we are in the same college and same class"

"Ohh, that's great " uncle said

"vaise kuch padta bhi hai yeh class mein ya fir bass hawabazi krta hai" reehan Bhai said with smack on mihir's head

(By the way, does he even study anything in the class or else he just keeps on showing off)

Then I saw that Reyansh had also come down and he was looking at me so I turned my eyes away

"arey pahele tum batao ki ye kuch padti hai ya fir bass girti padti hi rahti hai" mumma said in sarcasm in which i rolled my eyes and everybody chuckle

(First you tell me weather she studying or just keeps falling)

"No aunty she tops every year she is a very brilliant student many students take notes from her."

"Our Meera is good in everything " said dadu said with proud and i pass a smile

Like this we all spent time with the Rajvanshi's and then we all returned home. Next day I have a plan to go out with my two best friends Sanvi and Aria.

So the next day I got up quickly, got ready and went downstairs. I wished everyone good morning, quickly had my breakfast and after taking Kanhaji's blessing, I went to spend my day with my best friend. Because due to exams we have not been able to meet for a long time, so I am very excited. Today, after so long, I met my friends.

So first the three of us went to our Favorite cafe and after that we talked a lot there because we had not been able to talk to each other for a long time due to exam preparation.

And after relaxing in the cafe, we three went out for our day out. First we went to Sarojini market for shopping. It is not that we do not have money for shopping. That is why we go to Sarojini because we have money but still we like shopping from Sarojini and then who does not like sales items.

After that we went to eat golgappe. We also had a competition in which apparently I came first and Aria second and Sanvi last.

Then we went to eat chole bhature and that was very tasty. After that we went to Iskcon in the evening because temples are closed during the day. So we went to the temple. to take my blessings from Kanha ji so that my interview also goes well like my exam And then everyone went to their homes

After having dinner at night, everyone went to sleep in their respective rooms because everyone wakes up early. Currently I am sitting on the bed in my room and preparing for my interview. I have an interview tomorrow and I am very nervous.

By the way, I have tried for interview in many companies, out of which tomorrow I have to give interview in two companies. I have also tried for my dream company and I am very happy that tomorrow I will go for interview there Rajvanshi Co.ltd. Yes, it is my dream to work in Asia's top first company. By the way, Adi Bhai and Aryan Bhai had offered me that I should join our family business, but I have to make something with my hard work and anyway Bhai is handling our business very well.

Next morning my alarm rang, I woke up early and went to the bathroom, took a quick shower, went to the closet and got ready in my casual clothes.

( Meera's look )

I was wearing a baby pink coloured shirt and white pants. I had comb my hair neatly and kept it open. I had black heels in my feet, a little kajal in my eyes and light lip balm. I am not much of a fan of make up, so I always get ready simply. Then I sprayed lavender perfume and quickly went downstairs. I wished everyone good morning and sat on my table for breakfast.

"There is no need to worry too much beta, everything will be fine"

Chachi said while caressing my head and everyone was noticing me then my brother said

"There is nothing to worry baccha everything will be fine" Aditya Bhai said while side hugging me and everybody nodded

"haan or accha nhi bhi hoga toh jo bhi hoga acche ke liye hi hoga" aarav Bhai said and We all started staring at him wondering what he said

(Yes and even if it is not good then whatever happens will be for good)

And then mumma said while placing her hand on Aarav bhai's shoulder

Yes, my child is right, whatever happens happens for good, now if you get selected in the interview then also it will be good and even if you are not selected then also there will be something good in it

Then mummy came near me and patting my head she said,

"there is no need to be tensed choti, just like you always top the exams, you will give the interview very well too"

And then with this I brought confidence in myself and had quick breakfast, took blessings of my Kanhaji and went to give the interview, now currently in Rajvanshi Co. I was sitting in the waiting hall of and there were 10-15 girls for the job, out of which 9 were rejected and only three were selected. I have two more girls and mine is in the last one, for which I am happy so that I get a chance to prepare myself. There is a girl inside, I had talked to her before going inside and she is a very nice girl, she is giving interview inside right now and only we two are sitting outside waiting for our turn. This girl who was sitting in front of me is wearing a very short dress. which reaches only up to her thighs and the front of her dress is so deep that her entire cleavage is visible. It seems like she has come to get the job not on the basis of her talent but on the basis of her body strength.

Then she comes out and I stand there and ask her, "how was the interview"

"I got selected and got the job"

"Ohhh" and we both were walking around hugging each other out of happiness

And then a female senior employee while clearing her throat drew our attention and said

"This is not your house, please maintain discipline"

And we both started feeling embarrassed, then we looked around and the other girl's who was there, on seeing us, made a strange face and went into the interview room

I took the name of the Kanhaji and I knocked on the door and after getting a reply from inside I went inside, as soon as I went inside I was shocked because when I went inside I saw that he was sitting with the board members of Rajvanshi's group

I saw that Reyansh was sitting in the middle on a king size chair. Nishant was sitting on his left side and Rehan bhai was sitting on his left side.

"Miss Mira, come and sit." One of board members say i nodded and sat on the chair

"So Miss Kashyap why do you want this job?" One of board members asked

and suddenly I started feeling nervousness in my body, I started looking around, then our eyes met, he simply looked into my eyes and gave me some assurance that everything will be fine, I shook my head and replied confidently while taking a long breath

"Because it is my dream to work in Asia's top company and I want to achieve something in life based on my abilities."

Just like this they asked me all the questions and i answered them one by one

And after some discussion amongst ourselves they said

"Alright miss kashyap I saw your resume and this is impressive, you have got good grades in every standard and you top your college every time, we need such a capable employee, so congratulations you are selected, you can join from next day."

"Thank you sir," I said softly in a low voice

Nishant and Rehan passed me a congratulation smile and I then passed them a big smile; I looked towards Reyansh, his face was totally neutral; then after the interview I came back home, I told everyone at my home that everyone was very happy; dadi gave me a new anklet gift in happiness of getting the job, which I liked very much, and brother said that today we all will go out for dinner in celebration of me getting the job And we went to dinner at one of our restaurants

"Beta, Which company do you have a job in?" Chachu asked

"Rajvanshi Co. Ltd" i said

"This is Rajvanshi's company right" Aditya Bhai asked and i nodded

"This company is one of the top most companies in Asia" Aryan Bhai said

"Wow, Choti, you got a job in such a big company" Arav Bhai said and i smiled

"Well, it's good that there are people we know there, now we won't have to worry about our doll" dadi said

Like this we had dinner and came back home, everyone went to their rooms and I too slept early as I have to wake up early in the morning, tomorrow is my first day of office and I cannot be late, so thinking all this I fell asleep.
